Born into a family deeply passionate about real estate, David Zerna was naturally inclined towards property from an early age. This foundational interest became a cornerstone of his upbringing, allowing him an intimate understanding of property market dynamics and investment challenges. 

Over nearly 15 years, David amassed invaluable leadership experience with major Australian corporations like Coles Myer, Wesfarmers, and Kmart. Managing large teams and operations, he honed skills in strategic planning and decision-making that influenced his professional trajectory to this day.

However, in 2020, David's career took a turn. Driven by a desire to help others lead their best lives, he established Timar Buyers Agency amidst the uncertainties of the COVID era. Despite challenging circumstances, David's venture flourished, evolving into Tasmania's premier buyers agency.

David's passion extends beyond his professional commitments. A devoted husband to Katie and a proud father to three children, he enjoys family life in picturesque West Hobart. A self-confessed wine enthusiast, David delights in exploring potential investment properties by day and expanding his wine collection by night.
