A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIMAR

TIMAR PARTNERSHIP Pty. Ltd., has it's origins in the late 1960s, when the long-established firm of structural engineers, Mateffy Perl Nagy (MPN) created a new  building services group, with mechanical and electrical disciplines.

In 1984, the current Managing Director of Timar partnership, Michael Timar, joined MPN as the Director of Mechanical Services and the practice soon became a partnership, known as MPN, Timar & Martin. 

Later, it was renamed MPN-Timar and a Hydraulic Services Division was added to the Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Services Divisions.

In 1995, the Structural division (now MPN) separated from MPN-Timar and the Building Services division became known as Timar Partnership Pty. Ltd.

Since then Timar Partnership, under the direction of Michael Timar, has expanded to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Lifts, Communications, Security & Access Control, Building Automation, Hydraulics, Fire Protection and Energy Management Consulting Services.

Our history is one of achievement. Since inception we have successfully completed the design & documentation of many complex building services projects.
